Today is President’s Day in the US, a day off for many people and a great day to binge-watch several (or all) episodes of The Oldenheim Twelve, the hit mystery from the Netherlands.

There has been at least one Euro TV program premiere in the US every day this week, including that of Amigos, a binge-worthy drama from Belgium, which arrived yesterday.

The three-year wait for Deutschland 86 has been worth it. The second season of the spy drama is excellent.

The Norwegian mystery-crime drama series Varg Veum is fabulous. I can’t recommend it enough. Go watch it if you haven’t already.

Well, I didn’t see that ending coming, and now that I have, I wish there were a third season of The Court. Alas, no.

The real-life events depicted in the German limited series 54 Hours are utterly tragic. Let the outrage begin anew.

Four women, one murder, and numerous instances of “Wait, what?!?” are the stuff of Death in León, a Spanish Making a Murder-esque episodic docu-series.

A Murder for Three isn’t so much a whodunit, although murder is involved, but rather a whereisit. And it’s a delightful one at that.

Watching Gotthard, the multiple award-winning miniseries about the construction of the Gotthard Tunnel, was a real pleasure. Check it out.

Bastille Day, aka le 14 Juillet, is tomorrow, so let’s celebrate France’s national holiday with champagne, fabulous food, good friends, and some French telly!
