Tatort: Schimanski (Germany)

In these classic “Tatort” episodes from the 1980s and ’90s, Götz George (The Blood of Fu Manchu) stars as investigator Horst Schimanski, a tough, no-nonsense inspector with a code of honor, modern sensibilities, and plenty of sex appeal — and who captured the hearts of the German public and became the most iconic detective in the history of the “Tatort” franchise.
