Netflix has set the global premiere date for A True Gentleman, a new romantic drama feature from Türkiye starring Çağatay Ulusoy.
A True Gentleman (Tam Bir Centilmen) follows Saygın (Çağatay Ulusoy, The Tailor, The Protector, Kübra), a gigolo for hire who appears to have carved out quite a comfy and profitable place for himself in a world of luxury and glitter. And he’s made a name for himself; most folks in the city see him as the ultimate for wealthy women, a seductive and aloof charmer. However, beneath his polished charm lies a starkly different reality.
Sure, Saygın is a man who provides women with the fulfillment they crave, particularly the emotional kind, even if they hesitate to express this need. His role is to make them feel uniquely valued and cherished. But there is one crucial question he has never asked himself: Where is my own happiness?
This question begins to resonate with him after meeting the young and innocent Nehir (Ebru Şahin, The Prince, Bride of Istanbul). As a result, the meticulously constructed balance of his life starts to unravel.
