Check out the trailer for the new season of the French Netflix horror series Mortel, which premieres globally next month.
In Mortel, three seemingly incompatible teenagers at a suburban high school — Sofiane (Carl Malapa, The Last Panthers), Victor (Némo Schiffman, Trepalium), and Luisa (Manon Bresch, Plus belle la vie) — find themselves bound together by a preternatural force.
The first season found the trio combining their new voodoo powers to find Sofiane’s brother, and discovering that friendship in high school is a means of survival. In Season 2, their friendship will be their greatest power.
Mortel: Season 2, a Netflix Original series, premieres globally on Friday, July 2, exclusively on Netflix.
