When an investigator suspects her of cheating, bad turns to worse as loyalties are tested and criminal accusations surface once again. With everything at stake — her health, her future, her son, and her one dream — Lea must decide if she’s prepared to risk it all.

Sex (re)Education (Septième Ciel) (France)
The winner of the Best Series award at the 2022 La Rochelle Fiction Festival, half-hour drama series Sex (re)Education follows Jacques (Féodor Atkine, Banking District, The Traveller), a pensioner whose daughter, Isabelle (Irene Jacob, Red, The Double Life of Véronique), places him in a retirement home. Thinking that his life is now well and truly over, he has no idea that living here will change the rest of his life.
Jacques meets Rose (Sylvie Granotier, Spiral, Murder in the Canal du Midi), another resident nearing octogenarian status. The two soon discover their mutual desire for each other and, in rediscovering the joys of physical pleasure, embark on a passionate affair, causing an uproar in the retirement home in the process. Meanwhile, management at the place starts to panic in the face of Jacques and Rose’s freedom and sex, while the lovers’ children are perturbed to see their parents having more fun than they are.
