The new French crime thriller series Thicker Than Water premieres globally next month.
Created by Nawell Madani (C’est tout pour moi) and Simon Jablonka (Spiral), Thicker Than Water (Jusqu’ici tout va bien) stars Madani as Fara, an up-and-coming TV journalist who, in protecting her brother from the law, inadvertently gets her family entangled with a drug lord.
In order to prevent the situation from worsening, Fara and her sisters must join together and use every means necessary to get their hands on two million euros to pay back the drug lord before the end of Ramadan. Or else.
Thicker Than Water, a Netflix Series, premieres globally on Friday, April 7, exclusively on Netflix. (You can set a reminder for it now.)
The cast of the eight-episode crime thriller includes Kahina Carina (Magellan), Carima Amarouche (The Family), Paola Locatelli (Dangerous Liaisons), Djebril Zonga (Les Misérables), and Vincent Rottiers (Women at War), amongst others.
